As our second in-house LPC, you will provide consultations and care to clients to improve their relationship to themselves/others and support other providers in their efforts to manage disease. If you have a passion for helping others and possess excellent knowledge of mental health, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```

• Assess clients' needs and create personalized care plans
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in counseling ```Requirements```
• Valid Professional Counseling license in the state of Virginia
• Proficiency in evidence-based mental health assessment and planning
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Strong understanding of behavior modification techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
