Individuals will have a pay increase with providing their own cases with the addition of $200 referral bonus for each case! We are seeking a highly motivated and individuals to join our team. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations. Duties Assist in the management of daily operations within the organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care and effective therapy services. Participate in research data collection and analysis to support program development. Engage with patients and families to provide support and information regarding available services. Learn coding practices related to healthcare documentation and billing processes. Support telehealth initiatives by assisting in the coordination of virtual appointments. Gain exposure to various therapeutic practices, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Work closely with professionals in pediatrics to understand specialized care requirements. Develop skills in working with individuals with disabilities to enhance inclusivity within our services. Experience Proven experience in mental health counseling or clinical counseling is essential. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and acute care settings is highly desirable. Experience working with children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Background in social work or behavioral therapy will be considered an asset. Experience in addiction counseling, PTSD care, grief counseling, or group therapy is preferred. Strong skills in case management and patient care are required.
