We offer a option of positions for implementing Crisis services to include onsite, and community based services to fit an array of busy scheduling offering a flexible work-life balance. In addition to direct client care, QMHP's are responsible for coordinating services according to clients' treatment plans, facilitating, engaging families in crisis intervention and stabilization services to provide complete wrap-around services, and facilitating admissions and discharge preparation from the program. Experience providing Crisis Stabilization services and/or knowledge of community mental health services and resources are preferred for this position.
Overview of Crisis Clinical Services Responsibilities:
Crisis Response and De-escalation Deliver on-site crisis services addressing suicidal ideation, psychosis, and acute behavioral concerns. Provide therapeutic de-escalation, grounding, and short-term intervention techniques. Assessment and Documentation Complete DBHDS-approved risk assessments, safety plans, and crisis documentation. All documentation must be submitted the same day or within 24 hours, depending on service type. Care Coordination and Follow-Up Coordinate care with CSBs, hospitals, outpatient providers, and family. Facilitate warm handoffs to long-term services. Provide community stabilization support up to 7-14 days post-crisis. Compliance and Ethical Standards Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Participate in training, supervision, and adhere to DBHDS policies. Meet mandated reporting requirements.
Compensation Structure:
payments processed on a bi-weekly basis (every other Friday) for services completed and documented.
