Focus on Therapy — Not Admin We handle the operational work so you can focus on what matters most: Billing and insurance processing with a variety of insurance providers Administrative systems Practice marketing and client intake A Collaborative Practice Culture You will work alongside a team that values: Professional growth - Annually and Quarterly Collaboration and consultation Ethical, client-centered care Holistic wellness We believe therapy should support both the client and the clinician's wellbeing.

Primarily In-Person (80%+ in office) We believe in the power of in-person therapeutic connection and are seeking therapists who enjoy building relationships face-to-face with clients. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds a Resident in Counseling (LPC-Resident) or LMFT-Resident license in Virginia Is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families Desires mentorship and professional development Is comfortable working primarily in person Wants to build a strong and sustainable therapy practice Experience or interest in areas such as: Anxiety & depression Trauma recovery Couples counseling Family therapy Compensation Competitive compensation structure based on hours: starting at $40 and regular increases as your client numbers rise Additional details discussed during the interview process.
