Not eligible for benefits Warrenton Woods is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend PRN Group Facilitator to lead client groups in our substance use disorder treatment program. This position is responsible for conducting scheduled groups, encouraging client participation, and supporting individuals in their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of groups, can build rapport with clients, and is passionate about helping others. This is a weekend-only position. Additional hours may occasionally be available based on staffing needs. Essential Responsibilities Facilitate substance use disorder treatment groups in a professional and engaging manner Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for clients Encourage client participation and support recovery-focused discussions Complete required documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations and ethical standardsQualifications Required:
CSAC or Supervisee, LSATP or Resident, LPC or Resident, LCSW or Supervisee, RPRS, or similar behavioral health credential Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, social services, healthcare, or a related helping profession Knowledge of recovery-oriented care and group facilitation techniques What We Offer Competitive hourly rate starting at $28.00 per hour Flexible weekend schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity for occasional additional shifts as available If you are passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and have experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health setting, we encourage you to apply.Pay:
