Hyde Park Job Summary:

Oasis House staff work independently and as part of a treatment team to support clients experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Staff help clients maintain their safety using a variety of skills including the following: crisis intervention, supportive counseling, medication monitoring, observation and assessment, assistance with ADL's, coordination of treatment, maintaining a safe and clean unit, and completion of all related documentation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties satisfactorily; the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience Requirements:

Ability to support people experiencing a mental health crisis.

Preferences:

Experience, education, training in a related field.

License/Certifications Required:

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle with current registration, state inspection, and appropriate insurance.
