Job Description

Full Job Description Bainbridge Youth Services (BYS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate-Level Therapist (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC) to join our team supporting youth ages 13-22 . BYS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting youth mental health and well-being through accessible, community-based services. Our work is mission-driven, collaborative, and deeply rooted in supporting young people and their families. This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with adolescents and young adults and who value being part of a supportive, community-oriented team. Gain the opportunity to work closely with other counselors and gain supervision hours with a highly skilled therapist. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services to youth ages 13-22 Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation Collaborate with BYS team members to support client care Participate in supervision and consultation as needed Qualifications Associate-level licensure required (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC) Interest in working with adolescents and young adults Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Part-time, Contract Schedule:
Flexible; approximately 10-20+ hours per week depending on availability

Compensation:
