Behavioral Health Consultant (LICSW or LMHC)
Location:
Columbia Family Clinic- Dayton, WA (Onsite)
Schedule:
Full-Time | 36- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
LICSW- $90,000
- $110,000 annual salary LMHC
- $70,000
- $85,000 annual salary
Sign-On Bonus:

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Consultant to join our clinic team and support integrated, whole-person care. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting and values collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan; PTO & Sick Time accruals; six paid holidays Work-life balance in a welcoming, family-oriented region Qualifications Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISCW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license required Primary Care experience is preferred Pediatric behavioral health experience is required Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments for pediatric and adult patients Provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building to support patient self-management and treatment engagement Collaborate with primary care providers to support psychotropic medication management and treatment adherence Monitor patient progress, symptoms, and side effects through in-person visits, telehealth, and phone follow-ups Document care and track clinical outcomes using the EHR and caseload management tools Participate in weekly caseload consultations with psychiatric consultants Coordinate treatment plan updates with care team members Facilitate referrals to internal services and external community resources If you value evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, and a whole‑person approach to wellness, we invite you to apply!
