Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Counselor to provide individual, couples, and family therapy services. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals with behavioral health needs, developmental disabilities, and complex family dynamics. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client hours per week Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Support clients in developing emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and outside providers Participate in team meetings and case consultations Qualifications Active Washington State license required (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or associate-level license (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC) with supervision Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with children, adolescents, and/or neurodiverse populations preferred Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) What We Offer Competitive monthly compensation ($5,200-$7,800 DOE) Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time opportunities available) Supervision opportunities for associate-level clinicians Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Administrative and billing support Why Alta Vista?
