Licensed Mental Health Clinician Rebuilt Treatment and Recovery Spokane, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $55,000 - $74,396 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications CPR Certification Teamwork Individual therapy HIPAA Medical terminology Full Job Description Job Summary We invite applications from caring, driven, and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate to become part of our outpatient behavioral health team. In this role, the clinician will deliver individual counseling, facilitate group therapy sessions, coordinate cases, and develop treatment plans for individuals facing mental health challenges or substance use concerns. The position is highly collaborative, requiring ongoing partnership with clinical and administrative staff as well as community organizations, all working together to promote client recovery and enhance overall well-being Qualifications Active Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate LMHC/A or LICSW/A credential required Experience working with mental health, co-occurring disorders, and/or substance use populations preferred Knowledge of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Skills Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills Excellent case management abilities with experience in patient assessment, medical documentation, and behavioral health planning. Ability to handle sensitive situations involving trauma or grief with compassion and professionalism. Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions; understanding of HIPAA compliance standards. Experience in addiction counseling or substance use disorder treatment is a plus. Strong communication skills for engaging patients from diverse backgrounds while maintaining a positive and motivating approach. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $74,396.00 per year
