15+ hours Maintain a minimum of 15 client hours each week Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours each week/100 per month to qualify for full timePay:
$55- 65 per clinical hour to start, plus hourly admin pay for documentation and administrative tasks Part-time (15+ client hours/week): $45K
- 60K+ annually Full-time (25+ client hours/week): $85K
- 100K+ annually for a fully licensed, trauma-trained clinician Room to grow beyond that as you build your caseload and specializations We also offer W2 employment, not a contractor arrangement Medical, dental, and vision benefits (full-time) Flexible PTO and paid sick days Paid late cancellations and no-shows Employer-paid CEUs and license renewal Hybrid schedule option (in-person and telehealth) Beautiful, fully furnished office in Salmon Creek with large windows, free parking, and a studio space for somatic work and groups Zero marketing, billing, or admin burden.
What We're Looking For:
License:
Active Washington state mental health license: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Associates with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience may apply.Clinical approach:
You practice from a trauma-informed, evidence-based framework and have experience or genuine curiosity in modalities that create lasting change rather than surface-level symptom management. Training in couples work required.Modalities:
Our team brings expertise across a wide range, including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, attachment-focused and psychodynamic therapy, ERP, couples work, group therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. We'd love to add your specialties to the mix.Professionalism:
You complete thorough session documentation within 24 hours, hold yourself to a high ethical standard, and bring maturity and self-awareness to your work.Team orientation:
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate openly, and genuinely enjoy supporting colleagues as much as clients.Tech comfort:
Comfortable using or learning Jane App and Google Suite. Able to deliver telehealth competently when needed.What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional individual and/or couples therapy to adults, helping them navigate trauma and achieve lasting change Build and maintain your caseload with full support from the Refuge team. Referrals, marketing, and online presence are handled for you Collaborate with teammates through peer consultation and shared learning Grow your clinical skillset through employer-sponsored training, including specialty modalities like Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, therapy intensives, and specialty groups Refuge Might Be For You If… You don't want the burnout of an agency or the business burden of solo practice.
