We operate with clear expectations , strong documentation practices, and strict adherence to Wisconsin DHS 36 standards . We built this practice for clinicians who want clinical integrity and sustainable work without productivity pressure or corner-cutting. Role Overview We're hiring Mental Health Therapists to provide CCS services in D ane County . You'll work within a CCS recovery team model , delivering therapy and psychosocial rehabilitation services aligned with each client's service plan and recovery goals . We welcome new graduates and clinicians fresh out of school . If you're pre-licensed , we'll help you get established with structured supervision and support so you can build skills, stay compliant, and work toward your licensure hours . What You'll Do Provide CCS-authorized clinical services consistent with DHS 36 and county CCS expectations Deliver psychotherapy and/or psychosocial rehabilitation services aligned with recovery goals Maintain timely, accurate, compliant documentation Coordinate with Service Facilitators and the CCS recovery team Uphold client rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards Participate in clinical supervision/consultation as appropriate (especially for license-eligible staff) Required Qualifications Wisconsin licensed or license-eligible clinician (including

LCSW, LPC, LMFT
