Full Job Description Header Job Summary Circle of Wellness is seeking a bilingual CCS Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals enrolled in the Comprehensive Community Services program. This position will primarily serve Milwaukee County CCS clients , with the ability to cover Kenosha County considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, culturally responsive, and comfortable working with individuals and families with mental health, behavioral health, substance use, trauma, and community-based support needs. Duties Provide therapy services to CCS participants in accordance with treatment goals and service plans Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and required documentation Collaborate with CCS care coordinators, providers, families, and multidisciplinary team members Provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed support Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards Participate in team communication and case collaboration as needed Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Serve Milwaukee County CCS clients; Kenosha County coverage is a plus Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish language; compassionate approach to patient care.
