Full Job Description Duties:

• Conduct psychometric assessments and evaluations for individuals with executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation challenges academic defeciences and other behavioral health conditions.
• Provide psychotherapy to clients engaging in the other services provided by the clinc.
• Provide patient care and support in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions.
• 1 year practical experience administering and scoring assessments
• 1 year practical experience providing therapy or counseling
• Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
