• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personalized In-Home Respite Provider specializing in Social-Emotional-Behavioral Support. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families by providing personalized care and support within their homes.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized respite care tailored to the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other team members ensuring the highest quality care and support. Offer supportive interactions to foster and enhance the emotional and social development of clients. Monitor and document changes in clients' behavior, progress, and well-being; communicate observations with caregivers and relevant professionals. Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional stability. Employ strategies to manage challenging behaviors and support clients in developing coping mechanisms, maintain flexibility based on individual client needs. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support. Conduct activities that are both therapeutic and engaging to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in respite care, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of social-emotional-behavioral support practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of diverse clients. Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others. Certification in First Aid and CPR is beneficial.
