Randall Therapeutic Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, or LPC-IT to join our supportive and trauma-informed clinical team serving Barron County and surrounding communities. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy services using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with schools, social workers, caregivers, and community supports Maintain timely clinical documentation with support from our transcription and administrative team Participate in clinical staffing and team collaboration Build strong therapeutic relationships that support client growth and resilience We're Looking for

Is passionate about supporting children, youth, and families Values collaboration, accountability, and ongoing growth Enjoys both independent work and being part of a team Brings creativity, flexibility, and compassion into their clinical work Uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach Can adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs Has a sense of humor and values authentic human connection Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field required Licensed Mental Health Therapist, LPC, or LPC-IT welcome to apply Experience working with children and families preferred Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively About Randall Therapeutic Services Randall Therapeutic Services is a private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout northwestern Wisconsin.
