RRG Behavioral Health is a Licensed Behavioral Health Center (LBHC) serving West Virginia with outpatient therapy, medical services, and recovery support. Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. The therapist will provide outpatient individual and group counseling, mental health assessments, and person-centered treatment planning. The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans Provide outpatient therapy sessions (individual, group, and/or family) using evidence-based practices Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including case managers, peer recovery support specialists, and medical providers Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and licensure requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active WV license required: LPC, LICSW, or equivalent Provisional licensure may be considered with supervision agreement in place Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, flexible scheduling available Competitive pay based on experience and licensure Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan

$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
