Job Description
Come join our growing team! We are hiring for unlicensed child and adolescent mental health therapists for at our Beckley, WV location. We offer a welcoming, supportive environment with opportunities for growth. This position is a hourly, in office, position. Pay ranges from 28.87-30.00 for unlicensed clinicians. Pay is based on experience and certifications. We also offer a health insurance package, paid time off, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid trainings, and are an approved worksite for the STAR program which offers student loan repayment. Schedule is 8-5 PM three days a week and 11-8 two days a week or one Saturday and one late day. Potential Candidates Must Master's degree or higher in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a human services related field Knowledge of clinical theories, interventions, and documentation Understand and comply with HIPAA Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful situations Ability to maintain professionalism with clients and teammates in a mental health setting Counseling Experience Preferred but not required Excellent computer skills Excellent documentation skills Open to receiving and giving feedback as part of the team Must be able to pass a background check, CPS check, and drug test Ability to meet timelines for documentation
