Therapist - Adult Treatment Court (CAST)

The Treatment Courts of Fremont County is seeking a dedicated and qualified full-time Therapist, LCSW and/or CAP to serve the Adult Treatment Court (CAST) program. This position provides therapeutic services, and assessments with a focus on substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical assessments using ASAM criteria for current and prospective participants. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with participant input. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of plans, progress, and case notes. Provide treatment recommendations and attend weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly court hearings. Collaborate professionally with the multidisciplinary Treatment Court team. Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups. Provide individual counseling to participants and families. Contribute to program development and implementation of Best Practices. Comply with federal confidentiality laws, state, and Judicial Best practice Standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Treatment Court Coordinator/Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree level as a therapist/counselor, social worker or Certified Addiction Practitioner. Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Wyoming.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary based on experience and qualifications. Includes a full benefits package with insurance, state retirement, and paid leave.
