About us Chrysalis Treatment Center is a small residential treatment center in Powell, WY serving youth ages 13-18 who struggle with addictions. Our team is professional and supportive, and the position is intrinsically rewarding. Our mission is to help Wyoming's youth navigate and recover from addictions, using professional treatment methods that promote independence, encourage creativity, and support lifelong learning and growth.

Flexible working hours Casual work attire Team atmosphere Overview We are seeking qualified and licensed mental health providers with a passion for helping youth struggling with substance use. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Wyoming's youth. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans upon admission and throughout their treatment. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as behavioral therapy and mental health counseling Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and monitor client progress Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in a timely manner Stay current with research and best practices in the field of therapy •Requirements• Valid Wyoming State license or certification that allows you to provide clinical services (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, Licensed Addictions Therapist, etc.) Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including CBT and DBT Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment plans Experience working with adolescent populations is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated therapist to make a positive impact on the lives of Wyoming's youth.
