This is a flexible 1099 contractor position designed for clinicians who are looking to supplement their practice. The position will initially involve approximately 3-6 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as referrals increase. Clinicians may expand into conducting assessments, intakes, group counseling, and additional clinical services based on availability, experience, and organizational needs. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services for outpatient and IOP members. Meet with assigned members approximately 1-3 times per month based on clinical need, treatment goals, and level of care. Conduct behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial assessments, and intake evaluations. Develop, review, and update treatment plans. Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with case managers, behavioral health coaches, peer support staff, and other treatment team members. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities. Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and recovery-oriented groups as assigned. Assist with crisis intervention and risk assessments when clinically indicated. Maintain compliance with agency, payer, state, and federal requirements.
