Guided by compassion, excellence, integrity, and respect, we provide behavioral health and social services to individuals and families with limited resources throughout California. Position Summary The Case Manager I serves as an integral member of the Crisis and Access team, providing non-clinical case management, outreach, resource linkage, and post-crisis follow-up services. This position helps individuals access behavioral health treatment, navigate community resources, and maintain stability following a behavioral health crisis. Key Responsibilities Provide case management services to individuals with serious mental illness and serious emotional disturbance Conduct post-crisis outreach and engagement activities Complete screenings and facilitate access to behavioral health services Coordinate referrals and connect clients to community resources Assist with life skills coaching and recovery planning Collaborate with treatment providers, community partners, and family members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in SmartCare Participate in community outreach and engagement events Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of experience working with homeless, mental health, substance use, or related populations Valid California Driver's License Knowledge of community resources and harm reduction practices Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or related field Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience in behavioral health crisis services or community outreach Why Join Kings View?
