Job Description

About Us:
We are a dedicated and compassionate team committed to providing exceptional services to children on the autism spectrum. Our approach emphasizes individualized care, collaboration, and evidence-based practices to help children reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Case Supervisor. We welcome newly certified BCBAs as we provide full training and directly support BCBAs on their cases.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and a commitment to improving the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify challenging behaviors and guide treatment planning. Develop and write individualized treatment goals based on assessment results. Program for goal implementation, ensuring that treatment plans are carried out effectively by the therapy team. Supervise and provide support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members in implementing treatment plans. Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment as necessary. Maintain regular communication with families to provide updates on progress and address any concerns. Work closely with the Intensive Behavior Intervention Director for guidance, support, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and writing treatment goals. (full training will be provided for new BCBAs) Strong programming skills for goal implementation. (guidance will be provided for new BCBAs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and making a positive impact in their lives.
