This role involves supervising household staff, managing security protocols, coordinating childcare and behavioral health support, and maintaining smooth household functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and highly organized, with a passion for creating a positive living space that promotes well-being and stability for all residents. This position offers the unique opportunity to live on-site and be an integral part of a dynamic household environment. This is a paid position that also covers room and board. Responsibilities Supervise household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure efficient operations Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including conflict management and behavioral health support to address resident needs promptly. Manage medication administration, health monitoring, and basic first aid to maintain residents' well-being. Facilitate communication among household members and external service providers through clear documentation and effective interpersonal skills. Qualifications minimum six months sober if in recovery Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively. Experience in childcare, behavioral health support, or social work preferred. Knowledge of security protocols and experience with home & community care practices. Ability to perform medication administration accurately and handle basic first aid procedures. Excellent communication skills for liaising with residents, staff, healthcare providers, and external agencies. Competency in data entry, filing systems, data collection methods, and case management documentation. Familiarity with addiction counseling or behavioral management techniques is a plus. Valid certifications in first aid or related health & safety areas preferred
