Program Director / Clinical Director Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide clinical coordination and case management services within our PHP/IOP behavioral health program serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, clinically driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-focused treatment environment.Minimum Qualifications Required:
Active RADT or SUDRC certification , or actively working toward certification/registration Knowledge of ASAM Criteria & Levels of Care Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standardsPreferred:
Minimum 1 year experience in substance use disorder treatment Experience with Kipu EMR or similar EMR platform PHP/IOP or behavioral health experience Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management & Client Care Provide individualized case management aligned with treatment plans and ASAM criteria Coordinate care with providers, referral sources, and community resources Monitor treatment engagement, client progress, and barriers to care Support continuity of care and discharge planning Documentation & Compliance Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours of service delivery Maintain compliant, individualized charting in Kipu EMR Support documentation requirements related to medical necessity, continued stay, and level of care Maintain compliance with DHCS/DMC-ODS, Joint Commission, and payer standards Utilization Review & Treatment Planning Assist with authorizations, continued stay reviews, and level of care determinations Participate in treatment planning and weekly treatment plan updates Collaborate with clinical leadership on continued care recommendations Group Facilitation Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups as assigned Maintain accurate attendance and group documentation Team Collaboration Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Communicate client progress, treatment barriers, and discharge readiness with clinical leadership Work Environment Fully in-person clinical setting PHP/IOP program serving adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders Collaborative, team-oriented treatment environment Consistent on-site attendance required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Client-centered and compassionate ✔ Strong with clinical documentation and organization ✔ Comfortable in an audit-ready, compliance-focused environment ✔ A collaborative team player passionate about recovery and behavioral health care Join our team and make a meaningful impact helping individuals build recovery, stability, and long-term wellness.Pay:
