Cross Country Education is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT or LCSW) to support K-12 students in Moreno Valley, CA during the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development. Conduct mental health assessments and connect students with appropriate school-based and community resources. Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to develop and implement student support plans. Support crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and postvention efforts while promoting a safe, inclusive school environment. Partner with multidisciplinary teams focused on improving student well-being and academic success.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field Valid California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
