Cross Country Education is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT or LCSW) to support K-12 students and provide a full spectrum of care for the upcoming 2026 - 2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to promote student resilience and pro-social behaviors. Conduct mental health screenings and implement strategies to increase access to culturally competent School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) programs. Partner with staff and community providers to streamline referrals and improve service sustainability. Execute school-wide safety protocols, including suicide prevention and post-vention support.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling Psychology Valid California Clinical License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required) Bilingual Spanish skills (Highly Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?

Earn Highly competitive rate of $60.00 Per Hour, based on your experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
