Job-related experience within a specialized field required. 2. One year of experience working in early intervention and/or working with autistic or developmentally delayed students in an educational or social service setting. 3. Ability to complete the requirements for the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT as issued by the Behavior analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first year of employment. Current certification as an RBT preferred. 4. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Candidates must have completed or be currently enrolled in a program to complete the requirements for BCABA certification (or making timely progress towards certification). BCBA preferred.
