Daily Range of Responsibilities:

Provide clinical social work services to adult inpatient psychiatric patients Complete psychosocial assessments and support treatment planning Develop and coordinate discharge and disposition plans Provide individual patient contacts and brief therapeutic interventions Facilitate patient groups and therapeutic activities Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams Assist patients with connecting to community resources and ongoing care needs Document clinical services and patient interactions accurately Support safe transitions of care from inpatient treatment to outpatient services

Job Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license 1 year of experience required Experience in inpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, or hospital settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced psychiatric environment Submit your resume to us today for consideration of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker opening and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.
