Pay Rate :
$37.02 to $37.39 per hour. There is a $5,000 bilingual differential add-on to annual salary for this position
Education :
Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Licensure :
Licensed, license-eligible, or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required Candidates who are eligible to submit their BBS application within 60 days of conferred Master's degree are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision is available for this position.

Assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising overall treatment goals and plans in conjunction with the ICM treatment team. Provide individual supportive counseling and symptom management. Conduct comprehensive assessments of psychiatric mental status, diagnosis, and family structure and relationships Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. Provide direct clinical services to clients on an individual, group or family basis in the office and in community settings. Act as liaison to and consult with community agencies and families to coordinate treatment. Additional Qualifications and Skills Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Two years of experience providing behavioral health services. Demonstrates knowledge of clinical and rehabilitation theory. Knowledge of substance use disorders and addiction preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential Bilingual Spanish is required A valid California driver's license in good standing, personal vehicle, proof of insurance and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Ability to pass criminal/background clearance CRF inspires and mentors the next generation of behavioral health professionals! Our Adult Outpatient Programs (Areta Crowell Wellness Recovery Center, Douglas Young Wellness Recovery Center, Heartland Wellness Recovery Center, Jane Westin Center, Maria Sardinas Wellness Recovery Center, and South Bay Guidance Center) provide behavioral health services including psychiatric and clinical assessment, treatment planning, ongoing medication services, individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, mobile outreach, vocational support, and peer support. We deliver fully integrated services to adult clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance use disorders. All of our outpatient programs also provide full-time walk-in services. Our programs utilize evidence-based practices to assist our clients in reaching their goals and to live the highest quality of life while managing their mental illness. CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County's residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges.
