Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism. The ideal candidate will coordinate care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and educational teams. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health, and patient care, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes and enhancing quality of life for clients. The position involves working closely with children requiring specialized support and intervention. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs along side BCBAs Utilize behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavior management. Supports and helps BCBAs supervise RBTs executing their role with clients. Professionally communicates and closely works with RBTs, stakeholders, and clients to provide support and education on ABA methods. Completes the onboarding process for all new staff members through Google Classroom. Updates Google Classroom Documents as applicable.
Train new staff members:
ensure new employees have the support needed to be successful in their roles. Conduct staff evaluations. Compose and manage performance improvement plans for staff as needed. Create meeting agendas and slideshows. Handles duties of a traditional Case Manager for clients: Treatment plans, data updates, FBAs etc. with BCBA Skills Proven experience in behavioral health , especially working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong background in behavioral therapy , applied behavior analysis , and teaching strategies. Excellent skills in data collection and analysis for tracking client progress. Knowledge of medical documentation , medical records , and relevant healthcare regulations such as HIPAA . Ability to work effectively with children and adults requiring specialized support services. Compassionate approach with strong communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with care plans , behavior management , and working within a behavioral health framework.
