In this role, you will provide critical mental health support to children and families, helping them navigate challenges and build healthier futures. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed (or license-eligible) professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, community-based care in a collaborative environment. This position is a full- time position and will require two nights a week (Monday-Thursday) that end at 7pm and 7:30pm.
What You'll Do:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and psychotherapy treatment to children and families Manage an assigned caseload and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Prepare clinical reports and collaborate with schools, agencies, and community partners Offer consultation to internal teams and external stakeholders Participate in training, professional development, and team meetings Contribute to a team-focused, client-centered environment
What You Bring Required:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g. LPC) Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to children and families Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic health records systems Why Work at BHcare?
