We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team and provide evaluation, diagnosis, and psychotherapy to children and families in need of support. This is more than a role—it's an opportunity to help young people and their caregivers navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week and the schedule will be Monday 10am to 5:30pm, Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 12pm to 5pm.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage an assigned caseload with care, professionalism, and clinical expertise.
  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy for children and families.
  • Prepare clinical reports and evaluations as required for schools, agencies, and community partners.
  • Offer consultation and collaboration with schools, community resources, clinical staff, and other programs to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Serve as a mentor by supporting the supervision of graduate students when needed.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with program standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.
  • Professional CT licensure required (LCSW highly preferred; licensed-eligible considered).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Social Work or related mental health field required. A minimum of one year experience in a psychiatric setting providing therapy to children and families. Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS
License-eligible required (ie. Masters degree and on track for obtaining LPC). LCSW highly preferred. LMSW preferred. Share job details to
