The primary duty of this direct professional position involves providing a variety of case management services designed to successfully engage highly resistant substance involved individuals who are generally under criminal and/or legal supervision in receiving a Substance Abuse & Mental Health Assessment (SAMHA) and following through with recommended treatment. Job activities include, but are not limited to: > Aftercare Monitoring > Referral Facilitation > Drug Testing > Education/Motivation > Treatment Facilitation > Assessment Facilitation > Case Management Social Support > Enrollment Activities >Supervising Agency Liaison & Support Services Required Skills:
