In this role, you will provide clinical support to clients facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges while working as part of a mission-driven nonprofit team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through direct client care, advocacy, treatment planning, and therapeutic support. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for clients. Complete biopsychosocial assessments in a timely and thorough manner. Provide client orientation, education, and ongoing support throughout treatment. Facilitate counseling groups and therapeutic interventions. Provide crisis intervention as needed to support client safety and stabilization. Support treatment, transition, discharge, and aftercare planning for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with industry standards and company policies. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in addiction treatment and/or mental health services required. Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders preferred. Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively facilitate groups. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems.
