Job Description

Starting Pay:
$22/hour |
  • Additional $2 reimbursement for every billable hour submitted.
  • This reimbursement is provided for community-based work expenses, including phone and vehicle usage.
Availability Required:
Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM
  • 7:00
PM Required In-Office Hours:
10:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM 1-
Hour Lunch Break:
12:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM Position Overview This position requires someone who is culturally sensitive, compassionate, organized, and committed to meeting clients where they are while helping educate, guide, and support them toward long-term growth and stability.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with Medicaid populations and individuals facing barriers related to mental health, finances, transportation, and access to care. Responsibilities Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment service plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and unit requirements. Coordinate with counselors, administration, schools, doctors, and community partners Advocate for clients and families across all systems they interact with to help ensure their voices are heard, and their rights are protected Investigate client and family needs beyond surface-level concerns, including environmental, educational, social, and financial barriers Assist families with navigating systems, paperwork, appointments, deadlines, follow-up care, and community resources Provide practical, hands-on support to help families reduce stress and improve long-term success Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency and state regulations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills Professional, compassionate, and able to work with diverse populations Benefits Include PTO (Paid Time Off)
