Job Description

at White Stone Partners LLC in Grayslake, Illinois, United States Job Description Provide counseling services in a Christian faith-based setting, integrating professional mental health practices with Christian-ministry values and respecting clients' spiritual beliefs and cultural backgrounds. Conduct clinical assessments through interviews, standardized assessment tools, case histories, and reference materials to identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose mental-health disorders. Develop treatment goals and individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating faith-informed considerations when appropriate and supporting personal, social, educational, spiritual, and vocational adjustment. Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups of culturally diverse populations, addressing mental-health issues. Collaborate with church-partner organizations and participate in community outreach and psychoeducational programs to promote mental-health awareness and wellness within the broader faith community. Participate in weekly case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and organizational standards consistent with the company's Christian-ministry framework. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, quarterly reports, and all required administrative records.
