Job Description

Company Overview LifeLinks is a dynamic, community-based agency dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate mental health and behavioral services. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to achieve recovery, hope, and a sense of belonging within their communities. Job Overview As a Crisis Supervisor you will provide crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization services, designed to meet the acute needs of individuals. Services include mobile in person services alongside phone calls to all age populations. This position also requires you to provide lower level programmatic oversight for the Crisis program under the supervision of the Director of Crisis Services. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate mobile crisis response teams to provide immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral crises. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and confidentiality protocols during all interactions. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to crisis team staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with community partners, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and families to facilitate comprehensive care solutions. Utilize crisis intervention techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral management strategies to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Lead efforts in data collection, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects related to crisis management outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques including motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Familiarity with terminology, mental health diagnoses (ICD coding), and documentation standards such as HIPAA regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure situations. Experience working within hospital settings or providing mental health care is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams. Due to the mobility of the program, successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pay:
$28.65 - $29.35 per hour
