LifeSpring Health System is seeking a Case Manager for our Austin, Indiana office. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorder through individual and group modalities. A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is highly desired. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
