Job Description

Behavior Clinician Kestrel Behavioral Health (kestrelbh.com) Behavior Clinician (BC) Kestrel Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking a Behavior Clinician (BC) to join their team of skilled professionals in Indianapolis and its surrounding areas. This position is offered as full-time and salaried with benefits. Contractor positions may be offered to candidates with experience working in the field as contractors. Our owners are involved in the day-to-day functions of the company, so you will be recognized for your accomplishments and be heard when you have new ideas to improve processes and service delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavior analysis, special education, or a similar field. Having a clinical license is not required, but this is a credential that is valued by KBH. All employees must maintain a valid driver's license and show proof of auto insurance. All employees are required to submit a satisfactory background check upon hire.
Responsibilities:
BCs provide behavior support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, in their homes and in the community. This includes conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, consulting with interdisciplinary team members, training family and staff members on the plans, and direct support of individuals served. Prior experience as a BC or a related position serving this population, is preferred. However, we can provide adequate training and ongoing support.
