Days Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, Indiana's first community mental health center, provides comprehensive care for emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness and substance abuse. The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services. FLSA Status Non-Exempt About School-Based Services The School-Based Services team provides behavioral health support directly within partnered schools, offering accessible, trauma-informed care to students who may be struggling with mental health, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Our mission is to meet students where they are, reduce barriers to care, and collaborate with educators and families to support academic success, emotional well-being, and long-term stability. As part of Eskenazi Health's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), our team is committed to delivering integrated, evidence-based treatment rooted in the Recovery Model. Where You Fit In As a Clinician - School-Based (CCBHC) , you will perform a variety of individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices. This position manages a caseload of clients, identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs, engaging other team members in meeting these needs as indicated. What To Expect A key aspect of this role includes building strong relationships with students, families, educators, and clinical partners. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, deliver therapy within the school environment, and intervene during times of crisis. Your work ensures students have personalized, strengths-based care that promotes their academic, social, and emotional well-being. You will also support ongoing care coordination, skill development, and safety planning while maintaining adherence to CCBHC requirements. Am I Qualified?
