We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our team and support clients in achieving meaningful mental wellness outcomes. Position Summary The Licensed Therapist provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling services for clients experiencing behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams Provide crisis intervention and referrals when appropriate Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active state licensure required (CSW, RSW, LCSW, LMSW or equivalent) Minimum [1-3] years of clinical experience preferred Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse populations and behavioral health conditions Preferred Skills Experience with trauma-informed care Crisis management and de-escalation experience Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education support Flexible scheduling options Professional development opportunities
