• To facilitate group therapy focused on mental health and substance use for adults in the#PHP# # #and IOP#level of care.#
• To provide case management services and link patients with aftercare/discharge planning.
• To provide intakes/psychosocial assessments for incoming patients.
• Ability to work with patients with co-occurring mental illness and substance use.#
• To complete insurance verifications/reviews.#
• To complete paperwork in a timely and organized fashion.#
• To participate in multidisciplinary#weekly treatment team meetings.

# Level of education required:# M.Ed., M.A, M.S., MSW, Ph.D., Psy.

D., or Ed.

D.# In addition, must hold LMHC, LICSW,# or Licensed Psychologist within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;# Two years within clinical specialty, with at least one year in psychiatric crisis intervention, inpatient social work; PHP/IOP setting desirable.
