Job Description

Job Overview Holyoke Pediatric Associates, a large pediatric medical practice, seeks one full-time Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established thriving pediatric practice serving a diverse population. The successful candidate will be an integral member of our team who works closely with our current Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians, our medical providers, and our Behavioral Health Care Coordinator in our mission to deliver optimal care through our family centered medical home. Full-time position to be located primarily at our Holyoke office, but there is potential to spend some time at our South Hadley office as well. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based child development and behavioral consultations and brief interventions (individual, family, and group settings). Be available for consultation to our medical providers. Support the coordination of care for integrated behavioral health. Provide timely documentation of progress notes and communication within the electronic medical record (Epic). Provide educational services to providers, staff and families as needed. Contribute and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Required Qualifications:
Independent licensure or license eligible in Massachusetts as a Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW. At least two years of experience in treating children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders such as anxiety, depression and ADHD. Experience providing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), or similar approaches. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Ability to document and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, primary care office. Sincere interest and love of working with children and families to help them achieve goals, improve overall health, and participate in a healthy lifestyle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish. Experience working with culturally diverse and underserved populations. Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care settings. Interest and experience in infant and early childhood mental health (ages 0-5). Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records.
