Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Case Manager with BCBA experience and a valid LABA in Massachusetts to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with individuals, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a Residential Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of residents in the program, ensuring compliance with DCF, EEC, MAP, and agency standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise direct-care staff and ensure effective implementation of BSPs, Safety Plans, and reinforcement systems. Provide training and support staff and other professionals with direct care duties to ensure safety and comply with EEC regulations. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation. Other related duties as required. Education & Experience A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts. Master's degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health. Proficient in applied behavior analysis principles. Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained a plus.
Pay:
$87,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
