Group Facilitator / Behavioral Health Clinician Higher Health - 3.8 Newton, MA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $75,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Psychiatry Intake Master's degree Discharge planning Full Job Description About Us We are a small, close-knit adult behavioral health facility in Newton, MA offering IOP and PHP programming. We're committed to quality care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and support intake Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support Coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team and connect clients to community resources Manage client caseload from intake through discharge Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Stay current with behavioral health best practices What We're Looking For Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred) Licensure in social work, counseling, MFT, or substance use therapy (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Experience in partial care or psychiatric day treatment a plus Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards Strong crisis intervention, documentation, and communication skills Team-oriented with a commitment to quality care
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
