Job Description

MCI Clinician (Youth & Adult) Position Summary One of our clients is seeking a compassionate and skilled MCI Clinician to provide immediate mental health crisis intervention and support services to youth and adults within the community. The clinician will conduct crisis assessments, develop safety plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and coordinate appropriate levels of care in collaboration with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person and phone-based crisis intervention services Conduct diagnostic and risk assessments Develop safety plans and recommend appropriate levels of care Provide crisis stabilization and short-term therapeutic support Coordinate referrals and follow-up care services Collaborate with families, schools, hospitals, and community partners Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in supervision, trainings, and staff meetings Support program needs as required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field Massachusetts license eligible required Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred Prior crisis intervention or behavioral health emergency experience preferred Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required Work Environment Community-based/mobile crisis role Field work throughout Berkshire County Work may occur in homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings Schedule Full-Time available Program operates 24/7/365 Flexible scheduling available
