Job Description

Company Overview Habilitation Assistance Corporation is a dedicated organization committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and fostering community participation. Since 1983, the organization has provided comprehensive services, including clinical support, day habilitation, and transportation, to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated clinician (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA), with a passion for working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized support plans, and providing training to staff as needed. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis. Collect and analyze data meticulously to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in intervention approaches. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake procedures and contribute to ongoing behavioral health assessments to support client development. Requirements BCBA or eligible for certification; current certification preferred. Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures.
