Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker/Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the treatment of mental health, addiction, or co-occurring disorders. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families by providing counseling, advocacy, and resource coordination to promote safety, stability, and well-being.
Requirements:
Master's Degree Valid LCPC or LCSW License 3 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs, risks, and strengths. Provide crisis intervention services to children and families experiencing urgent or complex situations. Develop individualized care plans that address behavioral health concerns, family dynamics, and safety issues. Collaborate with child protective services, legal professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support. Offer counseling and emotional support to children dealing with trauma or behavioral health challenges. Advocate for children's rights and safety within family law proceedings or child welfare systems. Maintain accurate documentation of casework activities while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
