Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

Note:

What You'll Do Conduct intake assessments to determine consumer needs and preferences, completing documentation within 48 hours Gather comprehensive information from consumers, families, guardians, and other providers Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support consumer engagement and goal setting Provide clear information regarding available services and supports Assist consumers with person-centered planning and develop safety plans as needed Facilitate referrals for additional evaluation or specialized services when necessary Promote group sessions and support services to enhance recovery and resilience Document all face-to-face and telehealth contacts accurately and timely Collaborate with team members through supervision and case consultations Maintain licensure, certifications, and professional ethics at all times

What You Need Required:

Valid State of Michigan license in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Proven experience in behavioral health assessment and intervention Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
